SORRY.
Am sorry,
I hurt you,
I broke you,
Shattered you,
And deformed the image of a woman you wanted in your life,
I thought that you were supposed to be strong,
Men are supposed to protect women,
Men are supposed to take care of their well being,
I didn't care to take a look at you,
Read you enough,
Enough to know about the secrets that you hide,
The scars that have built their home in you,
Made you be who you are,
The ghost that HAUNT you,
Everyday in your dreams,
The trauma that war has brought to you,
I thought you were brave than that,
I thought you over grew it,
And you are a MAN.
But I was wrong.
What I didn't know,
All those didn't make you tough and untouchable,
BecAuse that is what the society wants us to believe,
That Trauma should leave us with thick skin,
But NO,
I will always admire you,
Because you are a survivor,
Not a superhero.
Nice one.
